In the last e-mail I reported that the Blackhorse Road "repairs" under the Supervision of Roadmaster and candidate for Supervisor Ken Miller were decaying. They were only installed a short time ago. A visit to the road on Tuesday shows that Ken Miller was quick to respond. Here are the pictures of the fourth repair visit this year:

Note how the repair was rolled and compressed, using the rear dual wheels of a truck. See the ridge between two low spots in the rear repair. That is between the two tires

A quick spread of the cold patch material, again with nothing on top to keep the sticky material from being pulled right out of the "repair" and onto the vehicles by their tires. Small hole to the right and larger ones in the top left of the picture untouched.

Untouched holes heading West towards Upper Uwchlan, where the road condition gets much better.

A hole between "repairs" made earlier this year. Drive fast and maybe you won't feel it.

Holes right next to a fresh "repair"

Please drive this road and see how the Roadmaster instructs the Road Crew . Is it any wonder why West Vincent Roads continue to crumble? This is really sad and yet it is like this all over the Township.

Best wishes
