I mentioned in my newsletter (25 January P B Corrective Ordinance Delayed), I mentioned that the Township has never acknowledged the Special Township Meeting dated December 16, 2012. That was the day the township had an a.m. meeting in order to rescind the Eminent Domain of the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show Grounds. From what I understand, the video cameras were rolling and the actual meeting lasted less than 10 minutes. I have good news and bad news. The GOOD NEWS is that there are minutes from December 16 now up on the Township website! The BAD NEWS is they are Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from December 16, 2010. This isn't even the area where Planning Commission Minutes would be inserted, let alone one year old ones! No Eminent Domain rescission minutes or video is posted yet. I guess this is “The Meeting that never happened”? This is clearly another attempt by West Vincent Township to mask what the Administration is really doing. Transparency through censorship.

I have received lots of supportive letters, here's one I'd like to quote
Thank you once again for bringing this hopefully to someone's attention. It is really sad to lose the skeet club, just as much a tradition in this county and Chester Springs as the horse show and fox hunting. You are right, the show not only loses an ally but monetary support and most of all the volunteer time- 3 days of parking cars covered mostly by the skeet club labor day weekend.  Not sure the skeet club fought very hard to keep the lease, they could have easily used their "NRA" contacts etc. but the bottom line is that they don't own the land.
Guess Lynn Perkins is happy now that she had divided the community and upset our way of life.
Thanks again for all you do.
