Don't forget that there is a very special meeting on January 9, Monday, which is TOMORROW. This is when the township adopts the Pam Brown Corrective Ordinance. For those that don't know what I am talking about, Pam Brown sold her development rights to the township for $102,800 to preserve her ground. She immediately built a house on that property even though the agreement states there will be no further development, which clearly listed building a residence as development.

Pam Brown is a sworn environmentalist, unless it is her property. The house she built is 2 1/2 times larger than allowed by the current zoning and at the zoning at the time the house was conceived and approved for building. There was no grandfathering of this. She was clearly allowed a house of 2000 square feet, IN TOTAL, but the township looked the other way. Even the County tax records say this house is over 2000 square feet in habitable area when taxing it. There is a video to assist in explaining the ordinance:

Tomorrow, they are changing the Ordinance for Clare Quinn's best buddy so that it will be "habitable" square feet, changed from "total" square feet. That would be finished living area. Giant garage, no problem. Huge attic to be finished later, go ahead. Massive basement for finishing later, sure, why not. That is how it ends up being 2 1/2 times bigger than a quaint extra cottage for your elderly parents, which is the intent of the "accessory dwelling" ordinance.

Perhaps you may want to attend to see the Supervisors, yet again, throw the perks to their friend.
