Hi

Dave Brown recently sent around a letter saying don't trust anonymous emails.  I think 'they' must be worried.
As you know, I have very rarely passed any comment about anything.  In the main I have simply drawn your attention to already published information, or asked questions.  So just what are 'they' so afraid of?  Maybe there are some black holes just waiting to be uncovered...........

Dave asks "
why does the writer hide his identity?  In a free society no one need fear to speak the truth".  Well Dave I am sorry.  I DO fear to speak the truth.  I have seen how Barry Dilibero has been persecuted, and that in your free society.

A few emails back I wrote, and I am sorry to have to repeat it,
"And some people still ask, why do I wish to remain anonymous?  Well, they - whoever they are, I'll leave you to guess -  are certainly expert at making life tough for someone who gets in their way.  That's why I'm not sticking my head over the parapet.  No way. I don't want spurious cease and desist orders coming at me from all sides in addition to all those claims that I am sending out spam. And for what?  Telling the truth and making a couple of comments? Call me a chicken if you like.  I've got better things to do with my life."

Dave Brown's letter is attached to this email.

Oh, and when I innocently adopted the name Chickenman I did not realise the big footsteps I had to follow!  Haha! See http://www.the60sofficialsite.com/Chickenman.html

I've received a lot of mail drawing my attention to the fact that in these times of austerity, Montgomery County is cutting jobs whilst West Vincent is proposing wage raises all round. See http://www.dailylocal.com/articles/2010/11/29/news/srv0000010104515.txt?viewmode=fullstory    It's in the last paragraph.  As usual, please read the comments.

The early part of the daily news item refers to eliminating the 0.49 mill open space levy.  This was due to be stopped in two years anyway, and since the levy was to go towards paying off the debt, and debt is being paid off early, the levy was no longer allowed to be collected.

Here is one mail I received:

"Looks like our taxes are going up.
Is that so we can pay for the ongoing attacks on DiLibero?  Maybe we are paying Miller's taxes that he forgot to pay the past 10 years.....I wonder.
Please do not distribute my name with this email. I, like you, wish to be anonymous."

Ken Miller has a new judgement against him.  Case #2010 -13086 - JD at
https://epin.chesco.org/Prothonotary/cv_CaseSearch.aspx  Unfortunately you need to subscribe to chescopin at $10 per month to access these pages, so in case you don't know anyone who subscribes I attach 2 pages with the judgement details.

As usual, if you want to be on or off my list, or have some comments or suggestions, please let me know.  Feel free to forward this email on to anyone you think might be interested.  Especially though, if you don't want to continue to receive my mails, please tell me. I'll take you off the list and confirm that I have done so.   Write to chestercountynews@gmail.com  (Don't just  hit reply because if you do the reply just bounces back to you as undeliverable, and I don't get to see it. I'm still working on this problem!)

Best wishes
